Biografi

Tonje K. A Lissandrin har jobbet som forsker i immunologi og infeksjonssykdommer ved Boston University School of Medicine og vært team leder for et større prosjekt innen tuberkulose under Harvard Medical School. Hun har hatt ansvaret for antibiotika-studier i AstraZeneca (USA). Hun har jobbet med terapi-analyser for GlaxoSmithKline (respiratoriske sykdommer, globalt).

Hun har MSc. -graden i Zoologi med spesialfelt immunologi. Hun har vært doktorgradsstipendiat (immunsystemet) ved universitetet i Lausanne (Sveits), og har MBA med æresgraden (London, UK).
